Business referrals - Many calls come into the office looking for bands, promoters, agents etc. Being a member of Music Nova Scotia may put money in your pocket. It is the policy of Music Nova Scotia to search our membership database first for business referrals.
Create your Own Webpage - Having a presence on the web has just been made easier. Once you become a member, Music Nova Scotia will dedicate a page on our website just for you. Use your imagination and develop a page to promote your product. Don’t forget to load up an MP3 file so the buyers can hear your music!
E-mail marketing network - Once you are a member, you will have access to our e-mail marketing network. This will allow you to promote your music, your events, your band and/or your organization to thousands of industry professionals throughout Nova Scotia and the East Coast.
FACTOR Funding Support – Music Nova Scotia is the official representative for FACTOR, Canada’s leading funding body for music. Our staff is available to guide you through the funding application, and provide you with up to date information on program changes, applications and deadlines.
