2014 Music Nova Scotia Award Winners Presented at the Music & Industry Awards Brunch

(November 9, 2014, Truro, Nova Scotia) Forty-nine Music Nova Scotia Awards were handed out on Sunday, November 9 at the Music & Industry Awards Brunch at the Holiday Inn and Conference Centre Truro. 
 
The Town Heroes won five awards, including Devonian Coast Wineries - Jost Vineyards Entertainer of the Year, Digital Artist of the Year, Group Recording of the Year, Music Video of the Year, and Rock Recording of the Year. Kim Harris won three awards, including Female Artist Recording of the Year, New Artist Recording of the Year, and SOCAN Songwriter of the Year. Carleton Stone and Adam Baldwin also walked away with two awards each. Artist management and record label GroundSwell Music took home 11 awards in total, shared between the company’s artists and management.
