The JUNOS are coming to Halifax, March 20-24, 2024 and you could be there!

The 2024 Halifax JUNO Host Committee is proud to launch the Wavemakers Tour to discover the next generation of East Coast artists. The Wavemakers Tour will make the following stops where four acts per city will vie to be selected as the Wavemakers Ambassador for their region:

• Halifax (October 21)
• Charlottetown (October 26)
• Fredericton (November 16)
• Sydney (November 23)
• St. John’s (November 30)

Artists who want to be part of the Wavemakers Tour stop in their region can apply online now here. Applicants will have their music juried and four hopefuls in each city will perform live for a packed house of fans, industry leaders and a jury panel.

The top four acts selected from each region will perform live on stage and receive a $500 honorarium for their performance. Voting for the winning artist will take place live following each performance so be sure to bring your fans! Each Wavemakers Ambassador will receive $1,000, travel and accommodations to JUNO Week (March 20-24), a paid JUNOfest performance, and invitations to select JUNO Week events.
