The organization extends its most sincere appreciation to our outgoing board members: Barbara Cameron, Matthew Sampson, Matt Gorman, and Marko Simmons. Music Nova Scotia thanks them for their dedication to supporting the organization and its goals and wish them continued success!
The following individuals have been elected to the Music Nova Scotia Board of Directors:

Katrina Lopes
Meghan Scott (incumbent)
Sarah Atkinson (incumbent)
Sarah Jamer (incumbent)
Tracey Williams (incumbent)
Trevor Murphy (incumbent)
They will join the following existing board members: Albert Lionais and Dena Williams. Music Nova Scotia and the Board of Directors also welcomes back Julien Matwawana as the appointed representative from The African Nova Scotian Music Association.

Music Nova Scotia is proud to be led by a board of directors that contains gender parity, over 50% representation from the Black and African Nova Scotian community, as well as its youngest board member to date (Jody Upshaw, age 20).
