Angel Ann Julian also known as AJ the Emcee, is a Mikmaq singer-songwriter from Pictou Landing First Nation, just outside of New Glasgow Nova Scotia. Angel‘s music style is Hip-Hop beats and catchy lyrics. She sometimes raps and sometimes sings her songs talking about love and life, lessons learned and things still to come. Angel hopes to inspire the next generation to pursue their dreams and put time and effort into your craft. Nominated in for NSMW 2023 Indigenous Artist of the Year award.
