Brandishing larger-than-life anthems, Kids Losing Sleep transform the sensibilities of a high-gloss pop act into a 4-piece rock band dynamic. Their self-produced music shines equally bright on stage as it does on your stereo.

Brandishing larger than life anthems, Kids Losing Sleep transform the sensibilities of a high-gloss pop act into a 4-piece rock band dynamic. With an innate ability to write earworm hooks, enduringly memorable melodies, and gut-punching lyrics, KLS emerges with songs that create a deep connection with listeners and come to life on stage.

After kicking doors down with their self-produced 2019 debut EP, LOVES, the band faced their fair share of highs, lows, and a lineup change. But in 2023, Kids Losing Sleep marked the start of a new era. They locked in on a bold vision with the release of their three-song EP Holding Your Hand & Wasting Your Time. Embracing a darker, grittier sound, KLS swapped their clean-cut image for something a little more raw and intense, leaning into heavier guitars and deeper themes, showing they’ve got something real to say.

Now, they’re channelling all of that energy into their upcoming full-length album, which is set to release in 2025. This record is a powerful reflection of the band’s evolution, a culmination of the raw emotion and changes they’ve experienced over the years. But despite the new edge, KLS still delivers the tight, high-energy performances that made them a force to be reckoned with in the first place – only now, they’re louder, bolder, and more unstoppable than ever.

“Sad and synthy pop songs played with loud guitars. It's heartbreak you can dance to.”
