A jack-of-some-trades: Anna works in arts communication, event coordination, management, and promotion. As well as, graphic design, small batch merch making, custom performance attire, artist management, and creative consultation.

Anna has a passion for supporting developing artists, hosting unique events, and creating safe spaces for expression in our creative community.

She found her love for the music industry while working with her sister, Karol Brown, on the release of her first album (Made My Own, 2018).

This love grew as she dove head-first into the local Halifax music scene, attending as many shows as she could fit into her schedule, meeting like-minded creatives, and discussing the never ending topic of the importance expression is to an artists wellbeing.

A creative herself, Anna hopes to use her skills to help artists not just recognize their potential, but also support them as they strive to achieve it.

Anna holds certificates in Music Business (2020) and Office Administration (2021) from the Nova Scotia Community Collage.

After completing her studies Anna accepted a full time position as the Office Manager for Shoebox Studios where she was able to help build up the music community in her hometown of New Glasgow NS.

Currently residing in Halifax, Anna is the creator of Brownie-Fest an annual fundraiser in support of the Pavilion Youth Association. She is currently developing her own event promotion company, Alfabet Events.
