Cody "Bar Code" Acker is an up and coming musician and rapper from Halifax, NS. After being gifted his first electric guitar at just 10 years old, he was taught how to play by local band leader Isaac Kent of Dali Van Gogh.

Cody released many half-baked songs before finally taking up the Bar Code monikor under his first song “Lyrics Like Mine” By Itz Cray as a featured artist. He took inspiration from the likes of Eminem, Elvis P, Dali Van Gogh, Snoop Dogg and OG local musician Wvlker. Cody released his first solo single as Bar Code, “Flying”, in december of 2022. Bar Code currently boasts over 10k streams on spotify alone.
