SigSour is a blazing alt-rock trio formed in Halifax NS by guitarist/vocalist Evan Jodrey. Bassist/vocalist Trey Gabriel and drummer Quenny Stevens complete the power trio as they serenade the all ages scene in a roaring explosion of angst.

SigSour is a high-energy, three-piece alternative rock band from Halifax, Nova Scotia, rooted heavily in punk and grunge. The band originated in 2021 as a solo SoundCloud project by Evan Jodrey, who uploaded his demos to a small audience in hopes of gaining recognition and inspiration to continue writing. After receiving a modest number of views and a few encouraging comments, Evan decided to bring in his friends Trey Gabriel and Caden Smith, whom he had previously jammed with in various projects, forming the band. Caden Smith’s metal and punk roots heavily influenced the band’s sound throughout 2023. Caden later decided to pursue other paths, which led to drummer Quenny Stevens joining the band, helping solidify the trio into the powerhouse it is today.
